How flexible are you about service?

The services we set out on our website are what most of our customers generally need. But that doesn’t mean we won't accommodate any particular needs you may have. We are here to help you, not us!

Do you work every day of the week, including weekends?

Simply put, yes we do. Please do get in touch with us a bit in advance if you need a weekend appointment as we are sometimes booked up pretty early.

Do you work on public holidays?

We cannot guarantee, however, there is usually a small handful of our teams who are available most public holidays.

Do you charge more for weekend appointments?

No, we know this is best for most people, so we appreciate that and don’t try and sting you extra.

Are there any hidden costs?

No of course not, our prices include any surcharges and tax.

How can I be sure of your service?

We will redo our service if you are not happy with it. If it is an hourly job, we will redo those hours for you. If it is one of our specialist cleans, we will come back and redo it in its entirety for you.

Are you staff background checked?

We make sure to do complete reference and police checking on our staff so you don't have to worry about letting them into your home.

Do you charge a cancellation or rescheduling fee?

We don't charge you if you cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours notice. Otherwise, we do charge $50 as way of recouping some of our loss.
